Pick by how many people are sleeping and how much you want to cook. The King Room is for two, the Two Queens is for four, and the Oceanfront Suite has a separate living room, a kitchenette and a balcony across the front for six.
King Room
The King Room is our most-booked room and the easiest one to like. One king bed, 320 square feet, and a small balcony with a partial ocean view that is more than enough for morning coffee. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a bench.
A work desk sits by the window for anyone who has to log in for an hour, and the mini-fridge and Keurig handle everything else. The 50 inch TV is mounted so you can see it from the bed.

Two Queens
Two queen beds, 360 square feet, and a side-street view. This is the family room and the friends-splitting-a-week room. Nobody is sleeping on a sofa and there is floor space left for four sets of beach bags.
The kitchen corner has a microwave along with the mini-fridge and Keurig, which covers reheating pizza and warming a bottle. The bathroom is a tub-shower combo, which parents of small children usually prefer.

Oceanfront Suite
The Oceanfront Suite is 640 square feet with a real door between the bedroom and the living room, which is the difference between a good week and a long one when there are six of you. A king bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a full oceanfront balcony running the width of both.
The kitchenette has a two-burner cooktop, a full-size fridge and a dishwasher, so you can cook a real dinner and not spend the evening washing up. Two TVs, 55 inches each, and a soaking tub in the bathroom.

Good to know either way
- Prices shown are from prices per night before tax.
- Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
- The front desk is staffed 7 AM to 11 PM. After-hours arrivals get a keypad code on the day of arrival.
- Cribs are free on request. We do not have rollaway beds.
- Pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome. The property is smoke-free.
- Parking is free, one space per room, with two EV chargers in the lot.
