Parking is free and on-site, with one space per room for the length of your stay. There are two EV chargers in the lot at no charge, first come first served. If you arrive with a second car, ask at the desk and we will fit it in when the lot allows.

Yes. Complimentary continental breakfast runs 7 to 10 AM every day in the room off the lobby: pastries, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, hard-boiled eggs, juice and coffee. Tell the desk the night before if you need an early bag to take with you.

Pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome. The whole property is smoke-free, indoors and on the balconies.

The heated outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to late September, 9 AM to 9 PM daily. There is no lifeguard, so children need an adult with them.

It depends on the rate you book. The Flexible Rate can be cancelled free until 4 PM two days before arrival, with the first night charged as a deposit. Advance Purchase saves you 10 percent, is paid in full at booking, and is non-refundable.

Three minutes on foot. We are on the ocean block at 120th Street, so it is down the dune walkway and you are on the sand. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be signed out at the front desk at no charge.

Cribs are free on request, so add one when you book or call the desk. We do not have rollaway beds. If you need more sleeping space, the Oceanfront Suite has a sleeper sofa in a separate living room and sleeps six.
