There is no resort fee and nothing on this page costs extra, apart from the bike rental and the quarters for the laundry machines. Below is each amenity, what it actually is, and when you can use it.
Heated outdoor pool
Memorial Day to late September, 9 AM to 9 PM
The pool sits on the sheltered side of the building, out of the wind that comes off the water in the afternoon. It is heated, which in Ocean City matters more in June and September than in July. It opens Memorial Day weekend and closes in late September, and the hours are 9 AM to 9 PM every day it is open.
There are loungers and a handful of tables with umbrellas on the deck, plus a rinse hose by the gate for sandy feet. There is no lifeguard, so children need an adult with them. Towels are stacked by the door to the lobby and you can leave the used ones in the bin on your way back in.
Complimentary continental breakfast
7 to 10 AM daily, included with every room
Breakfast runs from 7 to 10 AM in the room off the lobby and it is included with every room. It is a continental spread and we do not pretend otherwise: pastries, bagels and toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, hard-boiled eggs, juice, and coffee that is kept fresh rather than kept warm.
Most guests are in and out in twenty minutes and on the beach by ten past. If you have an early tee time or a boat to catch, tell the front desk the night before and we will leave a paper bag with a bagel, fruit and coffee out for you.
Free Wi-Fi throughout
Every room, the lobby and the pool deck
Wi-Fi is free and there is no tier you have to pay to unlock. The network reaches every room, the lobby, the breakfast room and the pool deck. The password is on the key card sleeve and it does not change during your stay.
It handles video calls and streaming fine. If your room is at the far end of a floor and the signal is thin, the front desk can move you or drop off a small repeater. It happens a few times a season and it is a two minute fix.
Free on-site parking with EV chargers
One space per room, two EV chargers
Parking is free and on-site, with one space per room. In Ocean City in August that is worth saying twice. Your space is yours for the length of your stay and you do not need a permit on the dash. If you arrive with two cars, ask at the desk and we will find room for the second one when the lot allows.
There are two EV chargers in the lot, both Level 2, and they are first come first served at no charge. They are not reservable. If both are busy, the desk keeps a list and will text you when one frees up.
Beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow
Sign one out at the front desk
We keep a rack of beach chairs and umbrellas by the side door and you are welcome to take them for the day. Sign one out at the front desk so we know how many are out, and bring them back at the end of the day. There is no charge and no deposit.
The stack goes down fast on the first hot Saturday of a week, so if you want two chairs and an umbrella it is worth walking down before nine. Sand rinses off under the outside shower next to the rack.
Fitness room
Open 24 hours with your key card
The fitness room is on the ground floor and your key card opens it around the clock. Two treadmills, one upright bike, a rowing machine, a bench, and dumbbells from five to fifty pounds. It is not a gym and we will not oversell it, but it covers a morning workout without a drive.
There is a water cooler, a stack of towels and a wall-mounted TV. The room fits three or four people comfortably. Most mornings in season it is busiest between 6 and 8 AM.
Guest laundry
Two washers, two dryers, ground floor
Two washers and two dryers sit in a room off the ground floor hallway. They take quarters and the front desk will change a bill any time the desk is staffed. A cycle runs about half an hour to wash and forty minutes to dry.
This is the amenity that turns a one-week stay into an easy one, especially with kids and a week of wet swimsuits. Detergent pods are sold at the desk for a dollar if you did not bring any. Please move your load out promptly, since the room only holds two of each.
Elevator to every floor
Lobby level to the top floor
There is one elevator and it reaches every floor from the lobby up. It is large enough for a luggage cart plus two people, and there are carts by the front door you can take up with you. If you need a hand with bags, the desk will send someone.
If mobility is a factor for anyone in your party, say so when you book and we will put you on a lower floor near the elevator. It costs nothing and it makes the week easier.
Bike rental
Hourly and daily rates at the front desk
We rent cruisers by the hour and by the day out of the rack near the side entrance. They are single-speed beach bikes with baskets, which is the right tool for a flat barrier island. Helmets come with every rental at no extra cost.
The bike lane on Coastal Highway runs south toward the Boardwalk and north toward Fenwick Island, and Northside Park is a comfortable ride. Ask at the desk for the map with the quiet streets marked on it.
Outdoor beach shower and ice machines
Shower by the side door, ice on every floor
The outdoor shower is by the side door, on the way in from the beach. It is cold water on purpose and it does the job of keeping the sand out of the elevator and out of your room. There is a bench and a couple of hooks for towels.
Ice machines sit in the alcove on every floor, so you are never more than a short walk from filling a cooler. They are refilled through the day and there is a scoop in each one. Buckets are in your room closet.

- Pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome.
- The property is smoke-free, indoors and on the balconies.
- We do not have rollaway beds. Cribs are free on request.
- There is no lifeguard at the pool, so children need an adult with them.
- There is no restaurant on site, though there are plenty within a short walk or ride.
- Laundry machines take quarters. The front desk changes bills when the desk is staffed.
